This Privacy Policy explains how Vaanya Travels Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Tripzela platform, collects, uses and protects information when you use our website, software and WhatsApp services (together, the "Services"). Tripzela is a brand operated by Vaanya Travels Pvt Ltd.
We collect: (a) account & business details you provide such as name, agency name, email, phone number, address and tax identifiers; (b) operational data you enter into the platform such as travellers' enquiries, itineraries, quotes and payment records; (c) messages exchanged through our WhatsApp Business and chatbot features; and (d) usage & device data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
We use information to provide and operate the Services, process subscriptions and payments, deliver WhatsApp notifications and chatbot replies you or your agency configure, provide customer support, improve and secure the platform, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Where you communicate with us or with an agency through WhatsApp, your messages are processed to deliver the requested service and are handled in accordance with WhatsApp/Meta's terms. Automated (chatbot) replies are limited to the business purpose you engage us for. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.
Online payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store full card or bank credentials on our servers; these are handled by the payment gateway under their own security and privacy terms.
