These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tripzela platform, operated by Vaanya Travels Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms.
Tripzela is a software-as-a-service CRM for travel agencies, providing lead management, itinerary and quote building, payments, a public holidays website and WhatsApp messaging tools. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorised to act for the business you register.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including: sending spam or unlawful messages; violating WhatsApp/Meta policies; infringing others' rights; uploading unlawful, harmful or misleading content; or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform. You are responsible for the content and messages you and your team send to travellers.
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select. Fees are stated on our pricing page and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions and any renewals, and our refund/cancellation terms, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may revise pricing with prior notice for future billing periods.
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Services. Where you collect or message travellers through the platform, you are responsible for obtaining any required consents and for complying with applicable laws.
The Tripzela platform, software and branding are owned by Vaanya Travels Pvt Ltd. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the Services per your plan.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; we will make your data available for a reasonable period on request.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
